Reservation

1. What are the requirements for renting a car in Cebu?

A valid ID, such as a passport or government-issued ID

2. How many days in advance can a reservation be made?

Vehicles can be reserved 1-2 weeks in advance.

Reservations can also be made 30 minutes* prior to pick-up if a vehicle is required at the last minute.

3. Can I rent a car without a reservation?

No, reservation is a must. No reservation fee no confirmation of booking.

Payment

1. What are your mode of payment?

We accept gcash, bank transfer, mastercard, paypal and cash.

2. How much do you charge for excess hours?

1-2hours - Php 200 per hour
3-5 - Php 250 per hour
6 hours and above is equivalent for 1day use.

3. How much is the carwash fee?

Php 250 for small vehicle
Php 300 for SUV
Php 500 for Van or other big vehicle.

Preparation

1. What are the required procedures for picking up the car?

You will be required to present your driver’s license (of all drivers) and valid ID for verification purposes and to sign the Rental Agreement when you pick up the vehicle. Once completed, please pay the sum determined by the contents of the agreement. (Payment must be settled when the vehicle is picked up.)

2. Are there any restrictions on mileage when using a rental car?

No. There are no mileage restrictions or additional fees

3. What should I do if I damage the car?

In the event that the customer causes an accident or defacement to the vehicle during the rental period, the user shall be required to pay the non-operation charge (NOC) as partial compensation for the loss of earnings incurred for repairs or cleaning, regardless of the degree of damage or the length of time required for repairs/cleaning.

Refund Policy

1. Can I can cancel my reservation?

Reservation is non-refundable.
